Our services are subject to the following conditions. If you visit our website, you accept these conditions.

1) Place your order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, then, before shipping, you will receive a second email confirming that your order is being shipped. Shipping costs depend upon the option you choose.

2) Shipping

We can ship to any address in the world. After you’ve placed an order, we will prepare your package the same day or at latest the day after (we are open Monday to Friday) and ship the same day or the day after, providing the products are in stock. The delivery costs will be based on the shipping option you’ve chosen.

3) Risk of loss

Please note that the risk of loss for your package passes to you upon delivery by us to the carrier.

4) Pricing

The price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price of the item. The purchases are charged at the price in force when you place your order.

For checks payments

If you choose to pay by check, your order your order will be processed once your check is received and cashed in. Payments by checks can only be confirmed when formulated in Euros on banks located in France or in a country within the Schengen zone in Europe.

7) Defective product

If you’ve received damaged or defective product please contact our customer service department. You will need to indicate the reference number of your order, your full name and address, the nature of the defect or damage and whether you would like a refund or replacement product sent to you.

8) Wrong product

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product please contact our customer service department.

9) Missing product

If there is product missing from your package please check carefully before contacting us and then let us know the reference number of your order, your full name and address, and the details of the missing item.

10) Where is my order?

Wondering where your order is? If you have not received your order within a reasonable time (please allow extra time for customs clearance on orders outside the European Union), check for a tracking number in your confirmation email. If you’ve chosen the shipping option with tracking number, you will be able to check the carrier’s website to track your package.

11) Applicable law

While visiting our website, you are subject to French Law and only the courts of Paris, France shall be deemed competent authority.

12) Disputes

Any dispute relating to the products you purchase through our website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration of the court of Paris, France and subject to French Law.
